Compass Rose Travel Accessories

December 10, 2019 by Disney Cruise Mom 3 Comments

I have used packing cubes for years, and I love how they keep our suitcases organized and how easy it makes unpacking and re-packing, especially in a small cruise stateroom.  I recently discovered that Compass Rose Travel Accessories (part of the Travel Fashion Girl Blog) makes a Slim-Sized Packing Cube Set which fits perfectly in a carry-on size suitcase.  Since my girls always travel with only a carry-on, I was excited to discover these.Packing Cubes Review

They come in a set of 4, and they are numbered on one side:

These are much smaller than most packing cubes, but they fit perfectly in a carry-on suitcase and I was surprised at how much stuff I was able to fit inside each one.  I grabbed a bunch of my daughter’s clean laundry and started packing, and had to go back for more.  I got 5-6 child-size clothing items (shirts, pants, pajamas) into each cube.  I could have fit even more if I had been using summer clothes.

As you can see in the photo above, I could have easily fit 2 more cubes on the left side and could probably even fit 4 more on top of these, lying flat, for a total of 8 cubes.  You can purchase these here on Amazon.

Compass Rose also has an International Travel Adapter that looks awesome although I have not had a chance to use it yet. I love that they made it red so that you are less likely to accidentally leave it behind:

It is also available here on Amazon and would make a great stocking stuffer!

Disclosure:  I was given a complimentary travel adapter and set of packing cubes for the purposes of this review, but I don’t ever recommend products that I do not feel are worth paying for myself.

They look to be a similar size of Ebags Slim packaging cubes.

They are similar in size but unlike the eBags slim packing cubes, the Compass Rose packing cubes are specifically sized to fit the width of a carryon suitcase. They are the only carry-on sized packing cubes on the market 🙂

I love that these are numbered so you can pack a day’s clothes in each one and just pull that out of the suitcase if you are in a hotel.
