This is Disney Wonder stateroom 6144 which is a category 6A Deluxe Oceanview Stateroom with Verandah. It is on deck 6 aft on the port side of the ship. It sleeps 3 people. These photos were taken in May 2018.
This room has the split bath. This room has the toilet and a sink:

The verandah has a solid railing and an unusual opening – circular on one end and straight on the other:
